Meditations for self-confidence

To understand how self-confidence meditation works, you need to understand that self-confidence is self-belief.

Some seek it in religion. Atheists turn to psychology for help. Someone trusts science and statistics. Many people listen to psychics, fortune tellers, astrologers, just because they went to them for self-belief. In fact, on the mental plane, they already have a number of future events lined up, but people need some authority to increase their self-esteem.

Faith does not appear out of nowhere, if you just repeat it mentally or aloud (affirmations). With the help of meditations for self- confidence, it develops perfectly, because we connect with the information of the soul: 100% self-confidence is its natural state. The increase in our self-esteem also occurs when we act and achieve the intended goal.

It turns out that to implement any idea, we do not need to ask someone for moral support to increase our confidence-it is always inside.

The “Trone” method

This meditation to increase self-esteem helps to direct the energy of the mental plane to the center, forms an information field around the person. This energy is directed to the sixth center, the mental body, the crystal of consciousness, and the monad, and in further development – to the buddhic body, through which consciousness is revealed and its interaction with the available information fields. As consciousness improves, the level of access expands.

Turn on the music, sit up straight, and place your hands on your knees, palms up. Imagine that you are sitting on a “Throne”, with a “Rod” in your right hand and a “Scroll” in your left. The “Throne” is a symbol of the energies of fulfillment, the “Rod” is a symbol of the energies of love of transfiguration, and the “Scroll” is a symbol of the knowledge of wisdom.
