This position of the fingers during meditation relieves emotional tension, improves thinking, activates memory. The index finger should be connected to the pad of the thumb, the rest should be straightened, but not strained.

Performing this combination during meditation helps to strengthen vital forces, increase efficiency, and endurance. Correctly performed as follows: the tips of the thumb, ring finger and little finger are connected together, the rest are kept loosely straightened.
Water

This position is recommended for meditators with liver diseases, bloating, excess mucus in the lungs. Correct execution: bend the little finger of the right hand so that it touches the base of the thumb, with the left hand grasp the right from below.
