Meditation for relaxation is not only suitable for relaxing the body, but also for normalizing emotions, organizing thoughts, relieving the accumulated tension of the day and relaxing before going to bed or preparing for other meditative techniques.
Meditation on calming and harmonizing can be done at any convenient time by listening to suitable music online. If you do not have enough time, you can close your eyes for a moment and imagine that you are filled with light: there will be a gradual relaxation.
Meditation technique
Ideally, you should meditate on relaxation and harmony for about 15 minutes. The pose is open, in a sitting position, the arms and legs should not be crossed. Put yourself mentally inside the trigonal bipyramid. Direct the light from above at yourself: it passes through all the chakras from top to bottom, from the center of the chest, and fills the subtle bodies.
