The meditation technique for relaxing and strengthening the nervous system is very simple. Thanks to it, you will learn to quickly calm down, relieve tension and be filled with energy. Practice to strengthen the nerves
To start meditating on relaxation and calming, choose a convenient time, take a comfortable position, turn on the music. Close your eyes and imagine a light source above you. Three rays come out of it: pink, blue, and golden. They enter you through the top of your head, fill the brain with light and gradually descend along the spine, filling it and the whole body with light, calm the nervous system.
In the area of the coccyx, the light stops, twists into a vortex flow and turns into etheric energy. Imagine how it rises along the spinal column, reaches the head and saturates the whole body with energy and heals it, calms the nerves. Repeat this circle as many times as necessary until you are completely calm and relaxed.
To make the meditation for the nerves more effective, add the light of transformation: set the intention that it fills your entire body and helps to strengthen the nervous system.
