Love yourself

We often hear: love yourself!, but no one gives clear technologies, meditations that strengthen self-love. And the technologies that are offered to us are inefficient. Love is hindered by the lack of awareness of its spiritual component. Attracting love into your life is not a difficult process, but it requires work on yourself.

We are all familiar with the sensation that is commonly called “the soul hurts”, but the soul is the level of our Higher Spiritual Consciousness.

What really hurts is not her, but our emotional sphere of the body. We are aware of ourselves only as a physical body.

Our thoughts and emotions also belong to the physical levels. We can love sensually, passionately, but these experiences are not at the level of our soul-the Higher Consciousness.

Effective meditation technique

Questions that need to be answered first:

• Who am I, and who should I love?

• What prevents me from experiencing love?

• Why should I love myself at all?

• How to love yourself?

I am a complete person. The acceptance of this personality consists in the full acceptance not only of one’s physical body, but also of the emotional, mental, and spiritual spheres.
We have learned to deal well with emotions and thoughts — our subconscious, and the spiritual sphere is almost not studied by us, and it also has its own components.

The Spirit is primary, it is eternal. And everything that relates to the physical body is limited in time. The feeling and acceptance of love is necessary at all levels of our consciousness, and it is different at each level.

Meditation Practice Technique

By regularly practicing meditation, you can completely change your worldview.

You can start with the following:

Say it out loud. I really want to love myself! Oh, my God! Give me love for you! In this way, you are reaching out to your Higher Self. In just a couple of days, you will feel a powerful surge of love.

• We get rid of negative people in the environment. We start to watch our words. We stop transmitting bad news and gossip. We set ourselves up to accept positive information.

• Affirmations. Read and say them as often as possible. This is how you program your brain for love and positive results. Give the brain tasks. Become the master of your thoughts.

• Love the body. Keep fit. Give your body love, dress it beautifully.

• Respect yourself. Appreciate your body. You can’t make love without loving yourself.

•.Every day, before going to bed, falling asleep, you can do auto-training for self- acceptance. A practical example of such a meditation is to sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes and imagine, for example, the seashore. The sun shines, its light envelops you, you are filled with love, relax and dissolve in it. After that, you can ask questions that you are concerned about at the moment.

• It is advisable to practice self-acceptance meditations. Such sessions are periodically held in the VK Topology of Consciousness group.

• There is nothing difficult about meditation. Regular practice will make you happy, lead to understanding and acceptance of your path. The energy of high vibrations will help you love yourself, meet your love, not grow old, live an interesting, rich life.
