Why can’t I meditate?

Often people are afraid to start meditating, because they are embarrassed to look ridiculous. And most of all, they are afraid to meditate incorrectly. But, meditation is not an exam that you can not pass. This is a certain stage of formation. The moment when we begin our self- improvement.

There are no clear instructions. And there is no right and wrong meditation. There is a goal, and a result. And in between, work on yourself.

I can’t turn off the mind

In the instructions for meditation, it is usually written that a person’s mind should be calm, you need to stop the flow of thoughts. But most beginners take such advice literally and complain that they can’t turn off the mind. It is important to understand that the task of the meditator is not to turn off, but to become aware of the mind, to observe thoughts from the outside.

The information begins to arrive at the moment when the meditator is completely immersed in the process. There will be extraneous thoughts, and distracting ones. Over time, the experience of meditation will not give you the opportunity to think about the unimportant, superfluous.

When it becomes clear that you are not your thoughts, they will not interfere with meditating consciously.

I don’t have time for meditation

The ultimate goal of the practice is a conscious life. When you learn to be aware all the time, your very life will become a meditation.

From a huge variety of meditation techniques, choose one that you can perform within 5-10 minutes. Some practices can be performed without breaking away from everyday activities.

For example, such as exercises on awareness of feelings and emotions that arise in the current moment, and the ability not to give them ratings. This is a fairly easy meditation. Learn to distance yourself from the unnecessary.

You can start with the simplest thing: close your eyes and imagine how you are filled with golden light. It is not difficult to give this exercise 5 minutes a day.

I don’t see any results

The practice of meditation, like life, is different for everyone. If your friend happily reports about the changes that have come due to the classes after 2 weeks, and you do not notice anything like this, it does not mean that you do not succeed. There are no rules or deadlines here. Someone sees the results already in the first days of classes, and someone needs months for this.

Just keep going, don’t give up. When you meditate regularly, it becomes a trait of your character. Gradually, you will apply the techniques of Topology of Consciousness technologies in everyday life and learn to better see how events are interconnected, as well as be able to consciously manage these events.

Do I already know how to meditate?

You will not receive a text message that the process is in full swing. There are no certificates of perfect work on yourself. But, you will feel it for yourself. When all the obstacles, in any of their manifestations (in relationships, in business, in health) will disappear. This happens gradually, and it seems to you that everything goes on its own, on its own.

In fact, there will be a lot of self-improvement and awareness of the information received behind this. And you, at the time of entering the general field, accumulating this knowledge in yourself, will arrange everything in the best possible way.

There is no magic here. Only experience, the desire to change yourself. The path to a happy life begins not when you want it (many want it, only a few do), but when you are ready for action.
