Meditations for stress relief

When a stressful state becomes a constant companion of life, this may indicate the following:

  • We are going the wrong way – we don’t know ourselves, we don’t understand what we want, we have turned the wrong way, we can’t hear ourselves. For such cases, it is recommended to meditate on the connection with the soul’s own consciousness plus anti-stress.
  • The restructuring of consciousness began – the structure began to get rid of problems and attitudes, and the consciousness does not want to let them go and provokes depression. This option is found in already meditating people – they will suit the author’s meditations from stress.
  • Hormonal failure-provoked by wrong thoughts, thoughts lead to emotions, and emotions – changes in the biology of the body. Here, a comprehensive anti-stress approach is needed – meditations on stress relief alone will not be enough, although they contribute to a faster normalization of the body.

If you look at a person in a state of stress on the subtle plane, the aura/energy- information structure of such a person will have a gray color. The mental body is dark, the astral body is dark, if diseases have already begun, the etheric body will also be dark.

Anti-stress meditation is ideal for putting your emotions and thoughts in order before an important meeting, relaxing and relieving the accumulated tension of the day before going to bed.

Anti-stress practice technology

Meditation for stress relief is necessary to harmonize your state, correct distortions in the structure, fill it with light. To do this, we need to take a kind of “walk” through our subtle bodies. By directing the light on each of them, we can become aware of it, feel it, and bring it into harmony.

Try to choose the time and place that will be most convenient and comfortable for you. Turn on the music. Take a comfortable pose to relieve tension. Relax your arms and legs. Breathe evenly.

Start an anti-stress practice: imagine that the entire surrounding space is filled with light. Direct this light first on the physical body, concentrate on the sensations, observe yourself, set the intention to harmonize and lighten, relieve tension. Spend 2-3 minutes in this state.

Then switch your attention to the etheric body, also direct the light on it, feel it. By analogy, direct the light alternately on the astral, mental, casual, budhic, and atmic bodies. Give each of them 2-3 minutes.
