Both men and women are familiar with the feeling of guilt and the negative consequences that it brings with it. First comes the habit of judging your actions. Then there is dislike – it gradually kills the ability to enjoy and enjoy life.
To let go of the past and heal from these destructive feelings, you need to love yourself. And to do this, you need to give forgiveness for everything. We have special meditations that will help women and men achieve forgiveness – they will neutralize all the accumulated negativity, fill you with the light of love and joy.
One of the most effective self-forgiveness meditations for women and men is to connect with your inner child. After all, it was in childhood that we best remembered and knew our real selves, until there were no socially imposed frameworks and principles. We just need to remember how pure, wise, and cheerful we were as children.
Meditation Technology
To start meditating on self-forgiveness, relax completely. Take a comfortable pose for this, turn on music or an online video with practice.
Imagine the house of your early childhood, remember the environment, sounds, smells. A little walk around the house, and in one of the rooms you will meet yourself. Ask for forgiveness. Look into your eyes and say, “Hello! Please forgive me for constantly judging you and scolding you. I love you very much, you are the closest and dearest person to me!”.
You can see that this person starts to smile and he gets smaller until he turns into a baby. You take him in your arms and say: “Now everything will be fine, you are no longer alone, I will always be there!”. You squeeze this baby and put it in your heart, in your inner world.
In the center of your chest, a light is born and fills you both with love. The soul becomes very calm. You are now a different, harmonious, loving person. Your inner child will now always be with you, and your life will be filled only with happy events. Once again, feel the warmth of the light coming from your chest and open your eyes. Repeat the meditation until you feel in complete harmony with yourself.
