Anahata is the fourth chakra in the energy center system, which is called the heart chakra. It is located in the center of the chest in the heart area. It unites the physical and spiritual world of a person.

  • Take a comfortable position for meditation. Straighten your back. Place your hands on your knees, palms facing up. You can close your eyes. Calm your breathing and relax. Take a few deep breaths in and out.
  • Imagine that a light is being born in your heart. This Anahata opens like a lotus flower. You become joyful. A smile appears on her lips. The light captures the entire chest area and spreads throughout your body, filling your organs and cells.
  • Being filled with this energy, the body begins to radiate the light of love into space: into the room in which you are sitting, into your city, you envelop the planet with your love, and it responds to you.
  • Stay in this state for a while, feel an indissoluble connection with everything that exists and a feeling of tenderness for everything around you.
  • Open your eyes.

This meditation can not only develop certain qualities of the individual, but can also be used to instantly influence the circumstances in accordance with the goals of the meditator.
