In the biochemistry of the human brain, natural short-term changes occur every day:

  • In the morning, the level of serotonin increases, which makes us cheerful;
  • In the evening, melatonin is produced, which has a relaxing effect on the body.

That is why it is good to meditate during such periods. In the morning and in the evening, it is easier for you to adjust to the desired frequencies.

The brain begins to emit low-frequency theta and delta waves, while the rest of the day brain radiation has a high frequency- these are beta and alpha waves. It is worth noting that alpha waves require the transition from consciousness to the subconscious and back.
